I am on a quest...

for the perfect cupcake icing.
Buttercream, no thanks. Cream cheese, can't get hold of Phildelphia in my part of the world, so not quite the same when using St Moret. This is a creamy vanilla icing, supposed to be a lighter alernative to cream cheese... not convinced. I won't even go into how much butter and sugar went into this.

I still like the funky colours!
